We are extremely excited to announce Nyla Beth Gawel as our 4th and final Advisor on the 4Girls 4Change Board!
Ms. Gawel is the Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategy at SAIC. She has held several other leadership positions in the past at top companies, including Verizon and Booz Allen Hamilton.
She is active in many professional and community organizations. At SAIC, she is the executive sponsor of the Women’s Employee Resource Group, which champions the growth of all women at the company. Mrs. Gawel also serves on the National Capital Area Board of Directors for the American Red Cross, as a Girl Scout Brownie troop leader, an elected deacon for the National Presbyterian Church, and previously on the Playworks Mid-Atlantic Board of Directors
We are thrilled to welcome her to our Board of Advisors. We look forward to staying engaged with her and the rest of the Board as we chart the path forward towards our mission of supporting long-term and sustainable change, starting with the local community.
